Aamir Fawwad Manager Operations has over 17 years of diversified experience and exposure in sales, marketing, customer services/support, human resource, projects & business operations management out of which 13 years in Telecom & Electronic Media with organizations like Digital Communications, Digital Radio Paging, FM100, and SPTV. For the past 10 years he is managing 24X7 Business Operations including start-ups in a very high-tech & cross cultural environment, he has lead teams of over 150 individuals.  He has to his credit setting up of the first ever International call contact centre in Pakistan for a U.S based company Support Interactions Inc. as its Head of Operations for Pakistan managing IT export & technical support services to leading corporate & SOHO clientele based in the U.S. He is highly skilled in vast areas of management with number of professional courses & certifications to his credit; in the year 2002, he got selected by Ministry of Science, Government of Japan for scholarship in IT business management training held at Osaka. Aamir currently is looking after B2B customer operations both locally & internationally along with content development, aggregation & management and MIS at VectraCom.
